One of the most dangerous creatures discovered in the first few months after Liberation Fleet landed, the Kamaldon seems well adapted to desert conditions. It appears to have developed several protective features in addition to its thick hide, possibly for defence against other unknown threats. The Kamaldon generally seems to mind its own business as long as you don't get too close, but once aggravated it is formidable.
