The Genesis Rookie OreRefiner is a simple tool used in refinery training. In the Inventory ("I" key), you find it under the Tools tab. To use it, you need something to refine. First equip it (right-click on the item, choose Equip from the drop down menu). Then Use the tool (select Use Tool from the context menu by right-clicking). This opens the refiner interface. In the Inventory ("I" key), go to the Mined resources tab and drag the ores you want refined, for instance Lysterium Stones, to the refiner. Then click the Refine button to refine. This item was given as part of a Calypso Gateway mission, which no longer exists.
